Hearty meal soup with tartar, pasta and parmesan cheese.
Season the tartar with salt and pepper and turn into small balls.
Heat the oil in the soup pot. Fry the vegetables gently for about 4 minutes. Add the tomato soup and stock and bring to the boil.
Add the macaroni and the meatballs. Cook the soup in approx. 10 minutes until done and stir in occasionally. Season with pepper and salt.
Serve with the cheese.
