Minestrone tomato vegetable soup
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white beans in pot, garlic and fresh Italian stir-fry vegetables (bag).

Bring the water together with the bouillon tablet to a boil in a large soup pot.

Meanwhile, remove the outer leaves from the green coals and cut the coals into strips. Drain the beans in a sieve. Slice the garlic.

Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into cubes of about 1 cm. Add the garlic, the potato cubes, the cabbage, the penne rigate and the vegetable mix to the stock.

Bring the soup to the boil and let it boil gently for about 8 minutes. Then add the beans, the ham strips and the tomato cubes (with the juice).

Bring the soup back to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the basil leaves into strips. Divide the soup over bowls and sprinkle with the cheese and the basil.
