Preheat oven to 170 ºC.

Peel the apples and cut into quarters, remove the cores, cut them into cubes of ½ cm (brunoise) and put in a bowl.

Clean the tangerine and grate the orange zest of the tangerine and mix with the cinnamon and the sugar through the apple.

Cut the slices of puff pastry diagonally in half. Place a little apple filling on each slice of dough in the middle and fold the flap diagonally.

Press the edges with the teeth of a fork. Beat the egg. Brush the triangles with a baking brush with the egg and sprinkle with the sugar.

Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Place the apple cup on the baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
