Mini cauliflower pizzas


Pizza with a base of cauliflower and cheese with mozzarella, tomato, oregano and basil.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C.
  2. Put the cauliflower rice in a heat-resistant bowl and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at 1000 W. Allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Put the cooled cauliflower in a clean tea towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  4. Scoop back into the bowl and add the Parmesan, the egg and the mozzarella.
  5. Divide the mixture into 8 portions over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and form mini-pizzas of 1 cm thick.
  6. Place the pizzas each with 1 tsp passata, the rest of the mozzarella and the oregano. Leave the edges free.
  7. Bake the pizzas in a golden oven for 12 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  8. In the meantime, cut the leaves of the basil into thin strips. Take the pizzas out of the oven and sprinkle with the basil.
