Cut the chicken into cubes. Heat the oil in the woks and fry the chicken breast in 4 min. On medium heat until golden brown.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Add the onion, garlic and vadouvan and cook for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Add the potato and cook for 5 minutes. Scoop occasionally.

Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower florets into quarters. Add with the leek and water to the chicken-potato mixture and bring to the boil.

Put the lid on the pan and simmer for 8 minutes on low heat. Season regularly and season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, prepare the rotan pancakes according to the instructions on the packaging.

Put a roti pancake on each plate and spread the cauliflower chicken mixture over it.
