Directions

  1. Boil the sweet potatoes with the celeriac in 15-20 minutes until done. Drain and drain.
  2. Heat half of the butter and fry the sausages 4-6 minutes. Stamp the potatoes with the celeriac coarsely with the rest of the butter and the milk.
  3. Put the apple, thyme and half of the onion through and season with salt and pepper. Garnish the stew with the rest of the onion and serve with the sausages.
