Spring wok with spinach


Noodles with onion, beef strips, garlic, mini corn casseroles, spinach and soy sauce. A delicious and easy recipe for spring.

Directions

  1. Boil the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the onion 1 min. Add the beef strips and stir-fry in 4 minutes brown.
  2. Squeeze the garlic over the wok and cook for 1 min. Scoop the corn on the cob and heat for another 3 minutes. Add the spinach and spoon for 1 min.
  3. Spoon the vegetables through the noodles and season with the soy sauce and pepper. Distribute over the bowls. Tasty with roasted sesame seeds.
