African bean pot with kale
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sliced kale (500 g), (sunflower) oil, onions (in thick parts), paprika, garlic (pressed), chilibones (400 g), kidney beans ((400 g), drained), crisp corn kernels ((a 300 g) and drained).

Boil the kale in over boiling water on low heat for about 20 minutes until done.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add the paprika, garlic, chilli beans, kidney beans and corn grits. Bring to the boil while stirring and warm for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the kale and scoop with the bean mixture. Serve immediately. Delicious with unpolished rice.
