Directions

  1. Soak the skewers for 5 minutes in cold water.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the horseradish and fill the plums.
  3. Halve the slices of bacon in the length and roll each half a slice of bacon.
  4. Thread the plums on the skewers and grill them for 5 minutes, halfway through..
