Directions

  1. Beat the eggs lightly with the milk and some pepper and salt.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the omelet.
  3. Cut the surimi into small pieces.
  4. Prepare 1/2 recipe spring rolls (look for the recipe on spring rolls basic recipe) and cut into quarters.
  5. Place a piece of omelette in the middle of the spring rolls with one piece of surimi and a few pieces of spring onions.
  6. Brush the dough edges with a little olive oil and fold the sides over the filling inside. Roll up from underneath and press the seam.
  7. Heat frying oil and fry the spring rolls around golden brown.
  8. Serve the spring rolls with a nice dipping sauce, such as soy sauce with ginger syrup, (rice) vinegar, rings of spring onions and sesame.
