Moroccan lemon butter
A nice Moroccan recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lemon, butter (at room temperature), fresh parsley (finely chopped), ground cumin (djinten), paprika powder and chili powder.

Peel lemon zest and press fruit.

In bowl, stir in butter until soft cream.

Lemon zest, parsley, cumin, paprika, chilli powder and to taste, lemon juice and salt.

Make butter on piece of aluminum foil and roll into a roll using foil.

Fold aluminum foil and allow butter to set in the refrigerator for approx.

45 minutes.

Cut the butter into slices and melt on a hot dish.

Delicious with redfish, tilapia, chicken, turkey, veal, zucchini and peppers..
