A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper, yellow pepper, extra virgin olive oil, coarse sea salt, corn bread and mortadella (meat products) (Italian sausage 100 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Place the peppers 15-20 minutes in the middle of the oven, until the outer skin is burnt.
  3. Place the peppers in a bowl covered with cling film and let them stand for 5 minutes (this way the burnt sheet is easier to release).
  4. Remove the black skin and the seed lists from the peppers and cut into rough strips.
