Mozzarella pie with marinated tomato and basil sauce

Cross the tomatoes. Immerse them in hot water for a few seconds, clean them and cut them into slices.

Place the slices of tomato on a bowl and drizzle them with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the fruit vinegar, salt and pepper. Leave for a moment.

Fruit for the basil sauce the garlic and red pepper in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Keep some basil leaves separately for the garnish.

Add the rest of the basil to the garlic and pepper and fry with it. Add 2 tablespoons of water and evaporate with stirring.

Puree the sauce and pour the rest of the olive oil in a stream.

Stack layers of tomato and mozzarella on the plates. Make sure the top layer consists of mozzarella and make 4 tarts.

Drizzle the basil sauce over it and garnish with a leaf of basil.
