Directions

  1. Mix the flour with the Italian herbs and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Prepare a plate with the beaten egg, a plate with flour and a plate with breadcrumbs.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into strips. First take the strips through the flour, then through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat a pan with the oil to 180ºC and fry the sticks in a few minutes around golden brown and crispy. Let leak on kitchen paper and serve immediately with chili sauce.
