Multi-seed crackers with egg spread
Cut the peppers from the tip into thin rings. Chop half of the rings and the olives.
Prepare the eggs in a deep plate and mix in olive oil, olives, chopped peppers, capers, oregano, salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir until it becomes a nice spread.
Cut the artichoke hearts in four. Spread the crackers generously with the egg spread and spread the pepper rings and artichoke over it.
