A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, gratin mushrooms (175 g), butter or margarine, salt and pepper, ragout mushroom meat (400 g), brown casa bread and chives.

Directions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut off the bottom of the stalk and slice the rest.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan.
  3. Mushrooms gently for about 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the ragout and heat thoroughly.
  6. Meanwhile, toast slices of bread in a toaster.
  7. Cut bread diagonally.
  8. Arrange 3 half slices of bread per plate.
  9. Make the ragout in the middle of bread and garnish with chives..
