Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 little onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 laurel leaf
- 250 gram mixed mushroom cleaned, in small pieces
- 100 gram celeriac peeled, into small cubes
- 250 milliliters wild fond
- 200 gram calf minced meat
- 250 gram minced beef
- 50 gram walnut finely chopped, lightly toasted
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch powdered powder
- Tablespoon chives minced meat

Directions

Heat the oil in a soup pot at low speed and fry the onion in glass for about 5 minutes.

Add the herbs, the mushrooms and the celeriac and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Pour in the wild fondue and ling with half a liter of boiling water. Let the soup simmer gently for about 10 minutes at medium height.

Meanwhile, for the balls, knead the minced meat with the walnuts, salt, pepper and nutmeg thoroughly and form small balls.
