Sprinkle the chicken legs with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken legs in 5 min. Around golden brown.

Slice the mushrooms in quarters and the garlic. Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the peppers and stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package, scoop the cress through and serve with the chicken.
