Directions

  1. Chop the onion coarsely.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  3. Cut the peppers into small cubes.
  4. Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the onion, mushrooms and peppers for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and some salt and pepper.
  6. Fry the mushrooms on a higher heat until nice brown.
  7. Let the moisture evaporate.
  8. Make 6-8 holes between the mushrooms and break the eggs above.
  9. Sprinkle the cheese over it.
  10. Let the eggs coagulate on medium high heat.
