A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, onion and crème fraîche (cup).

Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into slices.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan with a thick bottom and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir the crème fraîche through the mushroom mixture and then sprinkle the flour over it. Mix equally well.
  4. Pour the water in, crumble the bouillon tablets and bring it to the boil. Let gently simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.
