Mussel package with coconut and coriander
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, fresh ginger root (in thin slices), lemon (in slices), coconut milk, sesame oil and fresh coriander ((15 g) coarsely cut).

Wash the mussels under a running tap, discard broken and opened ones (which do not close after a tap on the counter).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Place the sheets of baking paper or foil on the work surface and spread the slices of ginger, lemon and mussels over the center of each sheet.

Pour a dash of coconut milk over the mussels and fold the packages closed.
