Salad of greengrocer's cookies with tofu


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: eggs, flour, curry powder, garlic (squeezed), zucchini (coarsely grated), winter carrot (coarsely grated), miniature flasks (in slices a 125 g), stir-fried or spicy spiced (bowl of 200 g), oil, lamb's lettuce (75 g), bean sprouts (a 125 g) and honey-mustard dressing (a 100 g).

Directions

  1. In large bowl stir the eggs, flour, curry powder, garlic and pinch of salt and pepper until smooth, thick batter.
  2. Stir in zucchini, carrot, corn and tofu.
  3. Heat oil in deep frying pan.
  4. With the help of 2 tablespoons, create 3-4 small pieces of batter in hot oil.
  5. Bake cookies in 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, halfway through.
  6. Drain on kitchen paper.
  7. In a bowl of lamb's lettuce and bean sprouts, mix with a dressing.
  8. Spread salad over four plates, put vegetable cookies on it and serve immediately..
