Mussels with garlic and coriander
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, olive oil, paprika, oriental wok vegetables (400 g), tomato cubes (400 g), fish stock, mussels (2 kg), fresh coriander (15 g) and naan bread (280 g).

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Heat oil in large deep pan and fry garlic for 1 min.

Add and shake paprika powder and vegetables.

Add cubes of tomato with liquid, bouillon tablet and 1 dl of water and bring to the boil.
