Pasta with tuna and vegetables
Pasta shells with tuna, tomato and black olives.
Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Cut the beans into pieces of 2 cm. Cook in 6 minutes until al dente and drain.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, but remove 2 minutes of the cooking time. Drain the pasta.
Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the cooking cream and heat for another 1 min.
Drain the tuna and olives. Cut the tomato into pieces.
Add the tuna, tomatoes, olives and the pasta. Season with salt and pepper and heat for another 2 minutes.
Add the green beans and spread the pasta over deep plates.
