Nanies chicken with beans and sour cucumber

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber for the sour cucumber
- 3 tablespoon (seasoning) vinegar for the sour cucumber
- Sugar for the sour cucumber
- 1 kilogram chicken drumsticks for the soy chicken
- 1 bag chicken spices for the soy chicken
- Ketjapmarinade for the soy chicken
- 5 tablespoon olive oil for the soy chicken
- 5 tablespoon peanut oil for the soy chicken
Directions

Mix the ingredients for the sour cucumber. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and put covered in the refrigerator.

Mix the chicken drumsticks with the chicken herbs, ketjapmarinadenaar taste and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cover the dish and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic, the onion and the red pepper. Add the chicken and cook for about 20 minutes until the chicken drumsticks are done. Add the celery over the last 5 minutes.

Cook the beans for 4-5 minutes until they are al dente and pour them off.

Stir fry the beans with the celeriac in the rest of the oil and add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the chicken with the beans, sprinkled with coriander, and the cucumber. Delicious with white rice.
