Spelled penne with walnut pesto and chicken
Wholemeal penne with a pesto of walnuts, parmesan cheese and basil and chicken breast and grilled vegetables.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and roast the walnuts in 3 min. On medium heat until golden brown.
