Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Halve the sprouts, clean the onion and cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces lengthwise. Cut the salami into strips.
  3. Mix the sprouts, onion, potato and salami with the oil and spread over a griddle covered with parchment paper. Roast for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  4. Meanwhile, wash the apple, cut into 4 parts and remove the core. Halve each part. Spoon halfway through the baking time with the sprouting mixture.
  5. Mix the kale with the rest of the oil. Crumble the feta above and sprinkle with the walnuts. Serve with the oven dish.
