Cook the chicken drumsticks for about 20 minutes in the chicken broth. Allow to cool and pat dry well.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the flour with paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the peanuts with the bread crumbs.

Roll the chicken drumsticks through the flour mixture. Then pass the chicken through the egg and finally through the peanut-breadcrumb mixture.
