Steak tartare with beans and mushrooms


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, peeled potatoes (stew), broken green beans (frozen, bag a 1 kg), mushrooms, red onions, garlic, butter, steaks tartar and mustard.

Directions

  1. Potatoes boil for about 15 minutes in a layer of water with salt to taste.
  2. Cast off.
  3. Sprinkle beans in large boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Cast off.
  5. Cut mushrooms into quarters.
  6. Peel onions and garlic.
  7. Halve onions and cut into strips.
  8. Slice the garlic.
  9. Heat 25 g of butter in frying pan and fry the onion strips for 2 min.
  10. Add garlic and mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes.
  11. Mash the meat with 1/2 tbsp mustard.
  12. Heat 25 g of butter in frying pan and fry steak tarttails 4-5 min.
  13. Per side.
  14. Meanwhile, crush potatoes and beans together.
  15. Mix half an onion mixture, 1/2 tbsp mustard, 25 g butter and salt and pepper to taste.
  16. Divide stew over 4 plates, place steak tartar next to it and mix the remaining onion mixture..
