Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and cook for 20 minutes until done.
  3. Meanwhile, wash the leek and cut into half rings, chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into quarters.
  4. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the minced meat in 5 minutes. Add the onion, leek and mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce and thyme and heat for another 2 minutes. Grease the oven dish with a little butter and pour in the minced meat mixture.
  6. Drain potatoes, but collect some cooking liquid. Mash potatoes with the cooking liquid and the rest of the butter. Season with pepper and salt.
  7. Cut the apples into quarters, peel them, remove the core and cut into cubes.
  8. Mix through the puree. Divide the puree over the minced meat.
  9. Clean the rest of the apples and cut the unpeeled apples transversely into 2 mm slices.
  10. Remove only the seeds, the core will be soft in the oven. Place the slices on the mashed roof tiles.
  11. Fry the apple-dish dish in the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown.
