Nasi with tofu soups


Vegetarian nasi with leek, tofu and sherry.

Directions

  1. Dissolve the bouillon tablet in hot water. Beat the eggs and season with pepper and salt. Slice the garlic and leek fine.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok with non-stick coating and stir-fry the garlic and stir-fry strips for 2 minutes. Add the leek, carrot and cabbage and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sherry and stock and bring to the boil. Pour in a bowl.
  4. Clean the wok and heat the oil. Stir fry the eggs in 1 min. Just undercooked. Add the rice and stir-fry 4 minutes on high heat.
  5. Add the broth-vegetable mixture and stir-fry for another 1 min. Serve immediately.
