Dissolve the bouillon tablet in hot water. Beat the eggs and season with pepper and salt. Slice the garlic and leek fine.

Heat the oil in a wok with non-stick coating and stir-fry the garlic and stir-fry strips for 2 minutes. Add the leek, carrot and cabbage and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add the sherry and stock and bring to the boil. Pour in a bowl.

Clean the wok and heat the oil. Stir fry the eggs in 1 min. Just undercooked. Add the rice and stir-fry 4 minutes on high heat.

Add the broth-vegetable mixture and stir-fry for another 1 min. Serve immediately.
