Nectarines with hammousse
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, nectarines, ham (in slices), hazelnuts (a 65 g), finesse for enrich (a 250 ml jar), mayonnaise and fresh parsley (bag of 30 g).

Halving nectarines and removing pips.

Cut from ham 1 slice into thin strips.

Keep from hazelnuts 8 for garnishing.

Calibrate leftover nuts in food processor.

Add and purée leftover ham, finesse, mayonnaise and parsley.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Fill nectarines with a generous amount of hammousse.

Spread over four plates and garnish with strips of ham and reserved hazelnuts..
