Nectarines with hammousse


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, nectarines, ham (in slices), hazelnuts (a 65 g), finesse for enrich (a 250 ml jar), mayonnaise and fresh parsley (bag of 30 g).

Directions

  1. Halving nectarines and removing pips.
  2. Cut from ham 1 slice into thin strips.
  3. Keep from hazelnuts 8 for garnishing.
  4. Calibrate leftover nuts in food processor.
  5. Add and purée leftover ham, finesse, mayonnaise and parsley.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Fill nectarines with a generous amount of hammousse.
  8. Spread over four plates and garnish with strips of ham and reserved hazelnuts..
