Potato cookies with salmon
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, solid potatoes, onion, egg, oil, halvanaise, fresh dill (15 g) and red salmon (213 g).

Peel potatoes, grate them thoroughly and pat dry with a clean tea towel.

Cut onion fine.

Mix the potato grater, onion, egg, salt and pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Mix 4 large potato cakes from potato mixture.

Grind portions and bake until crispy and brown on both sides.

Dill fine cut, 4 branches to retain for garnish.

Mix Halvanaise with finely chopped dill.

Drain the salmon and remove the skin and grits.
-
Spread potato cakes on four plates and divide halvanaise over them.

Put salmon on it and garnish with a sprig of dill..
