Potato cookies with salmon


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, solid potatoes, onion, egg, oil, halvanaise, fresh dill (15 g) and red salmon (213 g).

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, grate them thoroughly and pat dry with a clean tea towel.
  2. Cut onion fine.
  3. Mix the potato grater, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan.
  5. Mix 4 large potato cakes from potato mixture.
  6. Grind portions and bake until crispy and brown on both sides.
  7. Dill fine cut, 4 branches to retain for garnish.
  8. Mix Halvanaise with finely chopped dill.
  9. Drain the salmon and remove the skin and grits.
  10. Spread potato cakes on four plates and divide halvanaise over them.
  11. Put salmon on it and garnish with a sprig of dill..
