Artichoke with tapenade
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: artichokes, tapenade (Mediterranean, approx. 130 g), olive oil and salt and pepper.
Cut the stem off and cut the tips of the outer leaves.
Dispose of artichokes separately in microwave foil.
Heat artichokes for 15 minutes in microwave at full power (700 watts).
Let the artichokes go for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir tapenade with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Distribute tapenade over four dishes.
To serve artichokes with Mediterranean dip.
Remove at the table top for the leaf of artichoke, dip the fibrous bottom end into tapenade and eat it.
Remove remaining leaves.
Cut the bottom into pieces and eat with tapenade..
