Cauliflower Soup With Blue Stilton
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken (or vegetable stock (from tablet)), cauliflower florets (frozen, a 1 kg), mace, whipped cream (long-life) and blue stilton (blue cheese).

Bring the stock with the cauliflower florets and mace to a boil in a soup pot.

Turn down the heat and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.

Remove the film.

Puree the soup with the hand blender or pour the soup into the food processor bowl and puree it into a smooth whole.

Stir in the cream and season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Spoon the soup into four deep plates and crumble the blue cheese on top of it..
