Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut 4 small rings of the peppers.

Then remove the seed lists and finely chop the rest of the peppers.

Put the minced meat in a bowl and add half of the tomato paste with the mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt and generously freshly ground black pepper.

Knead the minced meat mixture thoroughly until it becomes sticky and transfer it to the cake tin.

Bake the meatloaf in the oven in 30-40 minutes until nicely browned and done.

Let the meatloaf from the oven rest for 10 minutes in the mold.

Remove the mince from the mold and cut it into slices.
