Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut 4 small rings of the peppers.
  3. Then remove the seed lists and finely chop the rest of the peppers.
  4. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add half of the tomato paste with the mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt and generously freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Also divide the bacon, parsley, bell pepper, celery and onion and mix well.
  6. Knead the minced meat mixture thoroughly until it becomes sticky and transfer it to the cake tin.
  7. Press the minced meat well and smooth the top.
  8. Brush the top with the rest of the tomato paste and place the pepper rings on top.
  9. Bake the meatloaf in the oven in 30-40 minutes until nicely browned and done.
  10. Let the meatloaf from the oven rest for 10 minutes in the mold.
  11. Remove the mince from the mold and cut it into slices.
  12. Serve the meatloaf with pasta and a salad.
