Niçoise 'to go' with beans
Handy salad to take away: salad nicoise with green beans, lima beans, tuna, shallot, mustard and cherry tomatoes.

Put the green beans in a bowl and pour boiling water. Let stand for at least 5 minutes. Let the lima beans and the tuna drain.

In the meantime, finely chop the shallot and mix with the mustard and white wine vinegar. Add the olive oil while stirring. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Pour the green beans.

Scoop everything together, spread over a plate and sprinkle with the vinaigrette.
