Directions

Put the water, the bouillon tablets, the sauce and the 5 spices in a pan.

Peel the ginger and grate over the pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Peel and halve them.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and distribute over large bowls.

Cut the bok choy into strips. Divide the chicken, bean sprouts and bok choy over the noodles and pour the hot stock over them.

Place the eggs with the cutting edge upwards in the soup and garnish with the coriander leaves. Yummy! .
