Noodle soup with beef and mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mushrooms (250 g), cabbage, garlic, sunflower oil, beef strips (300 g), meat bouillon, ketjap manis and noodles (2x 150 g).

Clean mushroom and pointed cabbage.

Mushrooms halve.

Cut pointed cabbage into strips.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Heat oil in soup pan.

Add meat strips and bake for 1 min.

Add mushrooms, cabbage and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Bouillon tablet, 1.5 l of boiling water and ketjap marinade.

Bring to the boil, boil for 2 minutes.

Noodles 1 min.

Co-heating.

If necessary, season with salt and pepper.

Soup in large bowls..
