Noodle soup with fresh coriander
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, Chinese (egg noodles), bok choy, stir-fry oil, garlic (finely chopped), red onions (in thin segments), chicken broth (from tablet), soy sauce, lime (pressed), fresh coriander ((bag a 15 g) and coarsely cut).

Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the pakististles into broad strips and the pakistani leaves into thin strips and keep them separate from each other.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the garlic with the onion and the pakististelen 2-3 minutes Add the stock and cook the soup for 5 minutes on a low heat.

Add the paksoibladeren and warm the soup for a moment.

Season the soup with the soy sauce and 1 to 2 tablespoons of lime juice.

Put the noodles in the soup plates and pour the hot soup on them.

Sprinkle with the coriander..
