Noodle stir-fry with shrimps, red curry and broccoli


Stir-fry dish with noodles, curry paste, broccoli, coconut milk and shrimps.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the curry paste 3 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets. Add to the curry, quench with the coconut milk and stir well.
  3. Put the lid on the pan and simmer for 3 minutes on low heat. Add the prawns and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the red onion into wafer-thin half rings.
  5. Spoon the noodles through the curry and spread over the bowls. Divide the red onion over it and serve.
