Noodles with bacon


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mienestjes, sunflower oil, garlic (finely chopped), sambal oelek, ginger powder (djahé), ground coriander (ketoembar), ground cumin (djinten), bunch onions ((a 3 pieces), in thin rings) , carrots (in slices), snow peas (halved) and bacon (in strips).

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit until the garlic softly glazes.
  3. Stir in the sambal, the ginger powder, the coriander and the cumin and cook until it smells.
  4. Spoon half of the spring onion with the carrot and the pea pods through it.
  5. Add 50 ml of water and stir-fry the vegetables in 4-6 minutes.
  6. Drain the noodles and scoop them through the vegetables.
  7. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake the bacon in a dry frying pan.
  10. Spoon the noodles into 4 bowls and spread the bacon and the rest of the spring onions..
