Tuna pancakes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna on olive oil (185 g), pancake spread, (freshly ground) pepper, ready-to-use pancakes (natural), sun dried tomato sauce (bottle a 180 ml) and sour cream (125 ml ).

Preheat the grill.

Pour oil from can of tuna into frying pan.

Leeks are stir-fried for about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Spread tuna into pieces and create leeks.

Cover each pancake with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

Spread the leek tuna mixture over pancakes and create sour cream on each teaspoon.

Roll up pancakes, stick with cocktail stick and place in baking dish.

Dislodge leftover sour cream and pour over pancakes.

Then add 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

Pancakes under grill should be crispy and hot in approx.
