Kefta with coriander mint sauce

For the kefta, mix the mince with 1 tablespoon of mint, 1 tablespoon of coriander and the remaining ingredients. Shape balls as big as a walnut and put in the fridge.

Heat the oil for the sauce and fry the onion, garlic, red pepper and ginger. Add 250 ml of water and the rest of the coriander and fresh mint and heat for about 10 minutes.

Put the balls in the sauce and let it cook gently for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging.

Serve the kefta with the sauce, couscous and possibly lemon wedges.
