Vega burger with sesame mayonnaise and cucumber
Vegetarian burger with radish, cucumber, cress and a sauce of mayonnaise and sesame seeds.

Light the barbecue.

Mix the tahini and mayonnaise with the sesame seeds. Season with pepper and salt.

Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Arrange the flesh with a cheese slicer lengthwise in ribbons.

Cut the radish into thin slices. Mix the cucumber, radish and vinegar with the sesame seeds.

Cut open the sesame bulbs. Grill the halves on the cutting edges for 2 minutes on the barbecue. Take off the grill.

Grill the burgers for 4 minutes on the barbecue, turn halfway. Meanwhile, crush the crackers.

Spread the bottom half of the buns with half of the sesame mayonnaise and top with the cucumber salad.

Place a burger on this, spread the rest of the mayonnaise over it and sprinkle with the krupuk and cress. Place the top of the rolls on top.
