Mini rice table
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, saté babi (frozen), green beans, sunflower oil, onion (chopped), mix for nasi special (for 12 plates (jar 120 g)), eggs (beaten) and atjar tjampoer ( 350 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat the frozen saté according to the instructions on the package. Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir-frying pan, the onion 2 min. Add the nasi herbs and 100 ml water. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat and add the rice. Scoop and leave covered for 10 minutes.

Cook the beans in 8 minutes until al dente. Drain. In the meantime, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and bake an omelet of the eggs in 3 min. Turn halfway. Cut the omelet into 4 points.

Divide the nasi herb over 4 plates. Spoon the satay, beans, omelette and atjar tjampoer around it. Also tasty with sambal and seroendeng (litter of roasted coconut, peanuts and herbs, jar 100 g).
