Tide balls with puree


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (slightly crumbly), chopped half-to-half, egg, breadcrumbs, thyme (freeze-dried (pot of 14 g)), butter, red cabbage with apple (part cubes (a 450 g, frozen) ) and semi-skimmed milk.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done.
  2. Meanwhile, put the mince, egg, breadcrumbs and thyme in a bowl and add pepper and salt to taste. Knead and twist 12 balls of it with moist hands. Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and fry in 10 min. Until golden brown and done.
  3. Meanwhile prepare the red cabbage according to the instructions on the package. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes and puree them with the hot milk and the rest of the butter with the puree mash. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the meatballs, mash and red cabbage over 4 plates.
