A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mienestjes (pack 500 g), eggs, lean bacon strips (250 g), leeks (washed and in rings), boemboe (noodles goreng (100 g)), bean sprouts (125 g) and seroendeng (container 200 g).

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let it frighten under cold running water and peel them.
  2. Meanwhile, bake the bacon strips for 5 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. With a slotted spoon, remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Fry the leeks for 5 minutes in the remaining fat. Add the Bumbu spice and cook for another 2 minutes. Scoop the noodles, bacon and bean sprouts through them and cook for another 2 minutes. Divide the noodles over 4 plates. Cut the eggs into pieces and place on them. Sprinkle with the seroendeng.
