Noodles with cabbage and minced meat
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mienestjes (pack 500 g), oil, onion (chopped), minced beef, winter carrot (in half slices), mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters), sliced cabbage (300 g) and boemboe for noodles goreng (100 g).

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 2-3 min. Add the carrot and mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Spoon the pointed cabbage through the mixture and fry while stirring for 4 min. Add the Bumbu spice with 50 ml water and heat for 1 min.

Drain the noodles and scoop through the vegetables. Add pepper to taste. Divide between 4 bowls or deep plates.
