Couscous with turkey and tutti frutti


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onion, tutti frutti (bag of 500 g), sunflower oil, turkey breast strips (about 250 g), crushed green beans (500 g), couscous (350 g), mix for Moroccan couscous sauce (53 g) ) and fresh parsley (a 30 g).

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. cut frutti into pieces.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan.
  4. Turkey slices in about 3 minutes brown boxes.
  5. Add onion and green beans and fry approx.
  6. 3 minutes.
  7. Prepare couscous according to instructions.
  8. Mix, add 600 ml of water and frutti to meat.
  9. Bring to the boil with stirring.
  10. Cook the sauce for about 10 minutes.
  11. Parsley finely chop.
  12. Serve couscous with sauce and sprinkle with parsley..
